Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre recognizes the fact that inclement weather and other emergencies can affect the company’s ability to perform and the ability to get to a venue. The safety of our performers and patrons is paramount in any emergency situation.

When an emergency such as these examples occurs, the performance will be cancelled.

• Ice and snow closes roads,

• electricity is out,

• heat in the winter is not available,

• flooding affects transportation, or

• the governor declares a weather emergency and asks people to stay off the roads.

 

If a performance is cancelled, tickets will be transferred or refunded.

If a patron can not get to the performance because of any of the above issues, he/she must email office@bahbt.org for an alternate performance date.
